The terms for using Ora and subscribing to Ora Premium.
About these terms
These terms apply to Ora: Inner World, operated by Jiayi Sun, including its website, iPhone app, Apple Watch app and widgets. By using Ora, you agree to these terms. Mandatory consumer rights and applicable law continue to apply.
Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and use only accounts you are entitled to access. Verification-code availability varies by region and configured provider. Do not share codes or recovery credentials. Do not misuse the service, circumvent access controls or usage limits, or submit unlawful content. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
Ora Premium and prices
Ora Premium is offered through Apple as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription. The current intended US prices are US$9.99 per month and US$69.99 per year. Apple displays the applicable local price, taxes, term and available benefits before you confirm. That purchase screen governs your purchase; prices and availability can differ by storefront. Trial and paid access have the same server-side fair-use allowance for AI features. Subscription ownership is verified and associated with your Ora account.
Free trial and renewal
An eligible new subscriber may receive a seven-day free trial on the yearly plan when the offer is available from Apple. Eligibility depends on Apple’s rules and your subscription history. If you accept a trial and do not cancel in time, it converts to the paid yearly subscription at the price shown before purchase. There is no promise that every account will receive a trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon purchase confirmation, except during an applicable trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple may charge for renewal within 24 hours before the end of that period.
Manage, cancel and restore
Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ora. Cancellation stops future renewal; Apple determines the remaining access period, and cancelling a free trial can end access immediately. Removing Ora or deleting your Ora account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Refund requests are handled through Apple and applicable consumer law. Use Restore Purchases in Ora while signed in to the appropriate Apple Account and Ora account. Do not create another account to move ownership of an existing subscription.

Your content and privacy
You retain rights you have in content you submit. You authorize processing necessary to deliver the features you request, including AI responses and optional synchronization as described in our Privacy Policy. Only submit content you are entitled to share. You can control AI sharing, memory and cloud sync separately in Settings. Avoid sending highly sensitive credentials or other people’s private information.
Ora materials and the physical deck
Ora’s name, artwork, interface and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Your access is for personal use unless separately authorized. The physical Ora Desire deck is in preparation; descriptions are not a current offer to sell, and any future crowdfunding or purchase will have its own details and terms.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Ora available, but connectivity, Apple services and other providers can affect access. Features may vary across web, iPhone, Watch and widgets. We may update the service or these terms and will provide notice where required. No provision excludes liability or limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. The Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to the App Store app where applicable.
