Delete your Ora account
You are in control of your account and the content associated with it.
Delete from Ora
Open Ora → Space → Settings → Delete account. Review the explanation before continuing. Deletion is permanent. If you want to stop subscription billing, cancel separately through Apple first.
Confirm your identity
Password account: enter your current password and type DELETE. Apple-only account: complete the Apple identity confirmation and type DELETE. Verification-code-only account: verify a linked email or phone number using the available code-delivery channel and confirm the permanent-deletion checkbox. The code flow does not require typing DELETE. An account with both Apple and a password follows the password path shown in Settings.
What is deleted
The account profile, sign-in sessions, linked verified contacts, Rara memories and cloud-synced account content are deleted. Current-device account content is cleared. Other offline devices can still retain local copies; guest data is separate from account data.
What may remain
Limited subscription transaction records, including the account token and ownership information, are retained to prevent transaction reassignment and handle subscription or payment disputes. Security and verification records can remain subject to their expiry and cleanup mechanisms. Limited internal account-provisioning markers and provider logs or backups may remain. Data already sent to an AI provider cannot be recalled by switching off sharing or deleting the account. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Apple subscriptions are separate
Deleting an Ora account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ora to manage cancellation. Apple handles billing, renewal and refund requests.
